Welcome to Brow & Beauty! 🌟 By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully to ensure the best experience during your visit.

1. Appointment Timings

•Timings shown on our booking platform are approximate appointment durations and may not represent the exact treatment time.

2. Deposits

•A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

•We understand that plans change. You can move or cancel your appointment with no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

4. Online Booking and Payment Details

•When booking online, you will be required to enter your payment details securely. This is to secure your appointment; however, you won’t be charged until your appointment is complete and you are ready to check out.

5. Patch Testing Policy

•Any treatment marked with * will require a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. This is free of charge and can be done at any of our branches without the need for an appointment. You must complete this patch test, or we will not be able to proceed with the treatment.

6. Gift Vouchers

•Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are redeemable for treatments and products only. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and we regret that we cannot provide replacements for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase or treatment. The Manager’s decision is final.

7. Salon Opening Times

•Please refer to our website for our current salon opening hours. We reserve the right to alter these hours without prior notice.

8. Loyalty Scheme

•We operate a loyalty scheme where points are awarded for each £20 spent on treatments and products. Points can only be collected and redeemed in our salons and do not apply to packages, micro pigmentation treatments, or discounted courses. Points from our general salon loyalty scheme cannot be collected or redeemed at our West Quay location, which operates its separate scheme.

9. Client Information and Feedback

•We strive to run on schedule and appreciate your punctuality. Your feedback is important to us as it helps improve our services. Please contact us through our website or email [email address] with your comments or suggestions. We endeavour to respond within 48 hours. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment as children are not permitted in the salon during treatments.

10. COVID-19 Policy

•By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our COVID-19 policy and that you are free from COVID-19 symptoms. You also confirm that you have not knowingly been in contact with any individuals with confirmed or suspected COVID-19.

•Before attending your appointment, please read the following safety measures:

•Do not enter the salon if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

•Arrive on time; do not bring anyone with you, including children. If you are early, you may be asked to wait outside.

•Wear a face mask during your appointment. Masks are available for purchase at reception if needed.

•Sanitize your hands upon entering the salon at the designated station.

•Your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer upon entry.

•Follow staff guidance in your treatment area, and avoid touching surfaces unnecessarily.

•Maintain safe distancing throughout the salon as much as possible.

•Keep your belongings with you at all times; we cannot provide extra storage.

•No refreshments or magazines will be available until further notice.

•Contactless payment is preferred where possible.

COVID-19 risk assessments are available upon request.

11. Manager’s Discretion

•The Manager reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any disputes or issues that arise.
